Did you know that Barnet Judo also runs a pilates class on Friday nights too.
Pilates classes are held on the same nights as judo in another room at Lyonsdown Hall.
Class times are 7:45 - 8:45pm which makes them ideal for parents who have kids at judo but others are welcome to join too.
